we got recommended http://www.software4students.co.uk by our school, you are not limited to a .ac.uk e-mail (I don’t have one), as far as I can tell you just need to know someone in education and they seem to have a lot more products, the site is recommended by Microsoft, I suppose it’s another option.

This particular deal is even better than the offers on the website you indicated. However, you’re quite right that the offer is pretty restrictive about who is elligible.
